We play all types of music from the classic hits to the latest singles and album chart entries. We have UK news on the hour EVER HOUR. we have daily LIVE shows (see whats on link in the main menu)

We broadcast to Fuerteventura and Lanzarote, currently reaching from Antigua in Fuerteventura to Teguise in Lanzarote.

Rubbish

The Island clean up goes on, a reflection of extra campers, extra tourists and sad humanity. Your local councils all operate a free (low cost for some items) BIG RUBBISH collection service so please use it.

Turtles

They keep on planting the Turtle eggs in Cofete Beach, each egg (700) costs an estimated €100 to be transported here from Cape Verde by helicopter. Why not just leave them where they are and spend the money on sexy Support The Turtles tee shirts which we can all wear.

Water Channels

Preparation for The Big Flood continues on the Rock with millions of Euros being spent on clearing out the old natural valleys (the Rock used to have a lot of rivers) and relining many of them. Forty days and counting?

1. To listen using the popup player, which will start automatically , you must have popups allowed for this site. In Internet Explorer and Firefox, you may see a message displayed to say popups are blocked. READ THIS MESSAGE. Follow instructions on you browser to allow popups for this site. If you have already BLOCKED POPUPS, then follow these intructions:

Using Internet Explorer
click on Tools on the top bar, in the drop down menu highlight Pop-up Blocker and choose pop-up blocker settings, a box will open. Type in www.radioqfm.com in the address to allow box and click the ADD button. Click on Close. Restart your browser.

Using Firefox
click on Tools on the top bar, in the drop down menu Click on Options. In the Options Box click on the Content Tab You will see Block popup windows is ticked, that's ok. Beside that there is a button Exceptions Click on that one. Type in www.radioqfm.com in the address of website and click the Allow button. Click on Close then ok. Restart your browser.

Then you must close your browser and restart it. when you enter www.radioqfm.com , the music will start automatically

2. Click the start button on the embedded Player.
